Created by Rachel and Caitlin - Occupational Therapists and founders of Sensory Sanctuary Co. - this resource was developed to offer something gentle, accessible, and grounded in real clinical experience. Not a rigid routine. Not another thing to get right. Just one page a day, and a little more understanding of yourself.
